Gmail에서 보낸 메일, 수신자별 열람 신호를 확인합니다

Chrome 확장을 설치하고 Google 계정을 한 번 연결하면, 평소처럼 보내기만 해도 수신자마다 열람 신호가 기록됩니다.

이렇게 작동합니다

  1. 설치합니다

    Chrome 웹스토어에서 MailPip 확장을 추가합니다. 데스크톱 Chrome의 Gmail 웹 화면에서 동작합니다.

  2. Google 계정을 연결합니다

    설치 직후 열리는 안내 탭에서 Google 로그인과 권한 동의를 한 번 합니다.

  3. 평소처럼 보냅니다

    Gmail에서 보내기를 누르면 MailPip이 수신자별 사본을 사용자의 Gmail로 대신 보냅니다.

  4. 열람 신호를 확인합니다

    웹 앱에서 수신자별로 열람 신호가 있었는지 봅니다.

Google 권한
Gmail 전체 메일 권한은 대신 보내기와 보낸편지함 보호 확인에, 기본 설정 권한은 자기 수신 사본용 필터 1개에 씁니다. 서버는 받은편지함의 메일을 읽거나 저장하지 않습니다. 자세히 보기
서버 보관
작성 원문과 첨부는 암호화해 발송이 끝나면 지웁니다. 메시지 정보와 열람 신호는 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 자세히 보기
삭제
웹 앱에서 Gmail 연결을 해제하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있고, Google 계정 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수도 있습니다. 자세히 보기
열람 신호의 한계

See who opened the emails you send from Gmail, recipient by recipient

Install the Chrome extension and connect your Google account once. Then just send as usual, and an open signal is recorded for each recipient.

How it works

  1. Install

    Add the MailPip extension from the Chrome Web Store. It works on the Gmail web page in desktop Chrome.

  2. Connect your Google account

    On the guide tab that opens right after installing, sign in with Google and approve the permissions once.

  3. Send as usual

    When you click Send in Gmail, MailPip sends a separate copy to each recipient through your Gmail on your behalf.

  4. Check the open signals

    In the web app, see per recipient whether an open signal was recorded.

What MailPip handles

Google permissions
Full Gmail access is used to send on your behalf and to check Sent-folder protection, and the basic settings permission is used for one filter for self-addressed copies. The server does not read or store the messages in your inbox. Details
Server storage
Message content and attachments are encrypted and deleted once sending finishes. Message information and open signals are kept until you delete your account. Details
Deletion
You can disconnect Gmail or delete your account in the web app, and you can also withdraw access in your Google Account settings. Details
Limits of open signals
An open signal is a record that a tracking image was requested. It is not proof that the recipient read the email. Terms of Service, section 4
